The room was clean and cozy, but the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The sheets and room appeared to be clean.Very ancient property not all all up to most America's Best Value properties.I would never stay there again. The owers wife was nice.

Thanks a lot guys for a really comfortable stay for the price. The location of the venue is magnificent and good, close to Naresh's Americas Best Value Inn, and fairgrounds. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Domino's Pizza, situated within 10 minutes walk or so, I appreciated this place.

Oh man, don't get me started on the risotto at Los Gallos-pure culinary magic! The room setup was delightfully spacious, with a comfy chair perfect for reading. Plus, the friendly front desk staff.

I could've used a protein option for breakfast. Maybe some eggs or sausages to kick-start the day. While I appreciate a clean look with the solid floors, this time the cold flooring surprised me a bit during chilly nights.

The people who run this hotel made us feel quite welcomed and went out of their way to be accommodating. We liked the gift in our room as well.

The hotel was clean and quite. The staff very nice. Fresh waffles in the morning was great. Complementary snacks and water was good too.

The trains rattled throughout the night!!! The decor was like a dated dorm room, and the lack of community spaces or amenities left a chilly, uninviting atmosphere overall.

Manager is great!!! We stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.....We come to Turlock for Dog Agility events and this hotel is dog friendly as well as people friendly. Quiet, clean, affordable. Will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and cute after my long trip. The room was spacious and super clean. It had all the essentials. I really appreciated the ample parking outside. Perfect stop for a night!

Location close enough to stores and restaurants and a valley. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Quick check-in, generally excellent service.

Best under $80.00 motel I have ever stayed in - and I travel a lot. Exceptionally clean, well maintained, nice landscaping. I will return - soon.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming

The staff was great was nice.

Unfortunately, I encountered noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The proximity to freight trains may not be suitable for light sleepers.

The friendliness of the staff was a highlight. The room offered ample space and cleanliness, but the dining options for breakfast were quite limited, only with cold cereal and waffles. The bathroom area could have been more spacious and better maintained, as it felt a bit cramped. The stay was satisfactory despite a few areas needing improvement.
